Caleb Monroe is an entrepreneur and strategist who has been serving in this industry for over 12 years. He serves as a consultant and head of sales for Monsoon.
As Monsoon’s strategic consultant, Caleb will be working hand and hand with your team to develop the scope of work, sitemap, and will help lead the meetings with your stakeholders and executive team. Caleb will act as the project lead throughout this entire effort between the GMC staff and our capable design team to make sure language, aesthetic, and vision are executed well. Caleb will be personally available to the GMC team for any and all meetings, calls, and text messages required.
In his spare time, Caleb enjoys a good cup of black coffee, reading a good book, and serving at his church.
Caleb is a dedicated father to 5 kids, foster parent, and husband of 13 years to his best friend Rhonda.

Travis Gibson is the co-founder of Monsoon and oversees all of Monsoon’s brand and design efforts.
As Monsoon’s Design & Branding Director, Travis will be leading creative efforts with Vince on aesthetic choices and specific brand guidelines for the static design portion of this project. Travis is always a project’s compass and voice of reason in the midst of creative energy that flows through Monsoon.
Travis is the loving husband to Cecily with a pack of 3 rowdy boys and a single, newly arrived girl. When he’s not building towers, pushing a swing, or teaching kids the names of each sea creature or dinosaur, Travis enjoys playing games of all kinds, reading epic fantasy, curating just the right playlist, going to church, and hanging out with family.

Since joining Monsoon, Travis has generated thousands of leads and millions of dollars for his clients. Travis Swearengen will join Caleb on many of the Phase One meetings and lend a voice towards modern communication, engagement, and user behavior trends. Travis will also oversee any compliance standards for this global website for cookies, A2P text message compliance, and accessibility standards.
Travis received his bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the College of Media & Communication at Texas Tech University. He loves to teach and has been a guest lecturer at Texas Tech University, The Futur Pro Group, and more.

For this project, Vince will be directly responsible for building out the website’s aesthetics and functions. Vince will be tasked with taking the content, photos, and videos and designing and developing the site in it’s entirety. At Monsoon, we never outsource work. Everything that will be built for this project will be built in Lubbock Texas by Vincent Kolb.
Some of his other passions include BBQ, fishing, and being a Dad.
Vince is husband to his wife, Emily, and daddy to his three beautiful children.
